Return Eligibility: You may request to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
- Products with signs of usage, unsealed packaging, or missing components are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items: To maintain quality standards and ensure product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:
- Toner Cartridges and Drum Units — if the original packaging is opened or tampered with.
- Printers — are non-returnable if the original packaging is opened, the seal is broken, or the unit has been used.
- Printer Spare Parts and Components — such as fuser units, rollers, belts, and circuit boards — are non-returnable under any circumstances.
Eligible Returns:
- Printers may be returned within 14 days only if the unit is in its original sealed box and unused.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, all accessories, manuals, and packaging must be returned with the product.
Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery: If your order is damaged during delivery or items are missing, please notify us within 12 hours of receipt. Claims made beyond this time frame may not be eligible for return or compensation.
How to Initiate a Return: If your item is eligible for return:
- Log in to your Green Wave account and go to your Order History.
- Select the item you wish to return and submit a Return Request.
- Our team will contact you within 24 hours for verification.
- Upon approval, a courier will be scheduled to collect the product.
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order through your Green Wave user account before the item is shipped. If the cancellation option is not available, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat. We appreciate your feedback, and knowing the reason for your cancellation will help us improve our service.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-6 working days after the returned product is received, inspected, and accepted.
- Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
- Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Return Shipping Charges:
- If the return is due to a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, Green Wave will cover the return shipping charges.
- If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer is responsible for any applicable delivery charges, customs duties, and return shipping fees.
Warranty Policy:
- Brand New Printers – Covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Refurbished Printers – Covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Note: Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
